Late check-out between 2.00pm - 4.00pm will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 4.00pm will be charged at full daily rate
Child under 12 years old sharing room with parents is free of charge (maximum one child per room) without an extra bed
Child staying at Baan Thai Homestay will be full responsible for parents/family.
An extra bed will be charged 200 Baht per night, maximum one extra bed per room.
No baby cot service available.
Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
One night non-refundable deposit for each room is required to secure confirmed reservation at the time of making reservation.
Booking acknowledgement will be sent to you after your deposit payment. Please print out and show it with your valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel.
The balance due will be settled on arrival by cash at the hotel.
Notification of cancellations and amendments are accepted in writing via fax or e-mail only, but they will not be guaranteed.
Cancellation and No Show will be one night charged.
